Carmen's Best
Carmen's Best is a local brand ice cream based in San Pablo Laguna. The brand was named after the owner's daughter, carmen. Accoridng to the owner "And so, each product is meticulously crafted like an ensemble. To give each flavor character and life, we don’t take the shorter and cheaper route. That’s why we are the only company in the country that has its own fresh milk pasteurization plant. Because it’s our ultimate goal to use only the freshest milk to make Carmen’s Best products."
